I've been toying with the idea of buying a motorbike for myself.

I've found some used Harleys that are really well priced and quite affordable.

Having a Harley is something of an image statement I reckon...it's not just a bike but an image that goes with it.

And who can resist the sound of a beefy Harley engine! It comes pretty close the the purr of a Ford V8!

Treadmills

I stumbled across a rather neat treadmill today on the internet.

It's a treadmill that comes with a wireless pedometer which the user wears all day, not just while using the treadmill.
At the end of the day, the user transmits the data from the pedometer to the treadmill (wirelessly).
The treadmill calculates how many steps you need to reach a set daily fitness goal which can be between 1,000 and 10,000 steps. The treadmill then adjusts the routine to help accomplish your daily goal!

This is an excellent idea, treadmills that take into account your everyday walking!

Garden Tech

Its the time of year when you need to start planing what you'll being doing with your garden in the warmer months.

Deciding on things like garden decor, plants, veggies and other features.

Some really nice "techo" garden features I have found are "jumping water" fountains and mist makers. These would be a real talking point at any garden party you have!

Just do a search on Google for "jumping water" or "mist makers" and you'll see what I mean!

Free Stuff?

What's happened to freebies nowadays?

I remember when companies were giving away freebies all the time!
Going to the motorshows, all the major companies logo pens, hats, badges, keyrings and so much more.
Now you're lucky to get an information leaflet!

Free samples being given away in the shopping centers...other companies giving away free little gadgets like torches, radios etc.

How times have changed...

Spam Phone Calls

WHat is with all the spam and marketing calls?

People trying to sell Mediterranean cruises, new mobile phones, new electricity supply companies...

It's about time something was done! I know in Australia there is a register you can add your name to, to avoid receiving these calls, but they still slip through...

Someone needs to come up with a new technology like an "anti-spam" for phones!

Memory Prices

I've been looking at upping the amount of memory in my computer recently, looking at all the regular stores online.
I really couldn't believe just how cheap memory is at the moment! More so laptop memory as it's always carried a higher premium price.
$100 buys you 4GB of laptop memory! Unbelievable!

And hard drive prices are even more amazing! 500GB for less than $100! TIme to spec up my machines!!

Digg

I'm sure most of you know what Digg is all about. It's a website made for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the Internet, by submitting links and stories, and voting and commenting on submitted links and stories.

I've submitted quite a few things from my blog, but it's near impossible to get your story anywhere near the front page...you need to be a well established member and the story needs to be good!

Digg seems to have everything, from technology to colon cleanser to food...absolutely everything.

It's a good way to get extra traffic to your website or blog.
